Abstract:Objective To explore the possible pathogenesis of “rapid destructive hip arthropathy(RDHD)”.Methods Using“快速破坏性髋关节病”“快速破坏性髋关节炎”“快速破坏性关节病”“髋关节炎”“发病机制”and “rapidly destructive hip disease” “rapidly destructive hip disease” “rapidly destructive coxarthritis” “rapidly destructive arthropathy” “coxarthritis” “pathogenesis” as keywords to identify relevant literatures on the pathogenesis of RDHD in CNKI Data, Wanfang Data, EMbase, PubMed, Springer and other databases form January 2000 to July 2018. A total of 63 articles were retrieved. Twenty-six literatures were finally included and summarized after excluding the literatures that do not confirm to the the contents. the research type was commentary or lecture, the full text could not be obtained and the quality or the evidence grade was low. Results RDHD is a rare and rapidly progressive hip disease with unclear pathogenesis. Its pathogenesis may be related to changes in mechanical stress distribution, abnormal activation of osteoclasts, subchondral incomplete fracture, drug toxicity and other factors. Conclusions Various pathogenic factors can lead to rapid hip joint destruction, but the specific pathogenesis is still unknown, which needs further study.
