Abstract:Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound and X-ray mammography for early breast cancer.Methods To review the data of 106 cases of early breast cancer confirmed by surgery and pathology. The color Doppler ultrasound and mammography X-ray examination were performed preoperatively. The diagnostic accuracy for early breast cancer using one or two screening methods were statistically analyzed.Results High-frequency color Doppler ultrasound and mammography X-ray examination had no significant difference in the diagnostic accuracy of early breast cancer (P>0.05). The accurate of frequency color Doppler ultrasound and mammography X-ray examination in early diagnosis of breast cancer were lower than the combination of the two methods, the differences were statistically significant (all P values <0.05).Conclusions High-frequency color Doppler ultrasound and X-ray mammography are the primary means for screening and early diagnosis of breast cancer, the combination of two methods can improve the diagnosis of early breast cancer.
