Abstract：Objective:To investigate the changes of the predictors before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy in invasive breast cancer. Methods:With" invasive breast cancer, neoadjuvant chemotherapy, and predictors "as keywords to search literature screening which contains changes of ER, PR, HER2, p53, Ki-67 in PubMed and CNKI database for analysis.Results:A large number of studies have been launched on changes of predictors before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy, these findings affirmed significance of detecting predictor of ER, PR, HER2, P52, Ki-67 before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy for choice of treatment and prognosis of patient.Conclusions:For various reasons, it still can not find a certain change in the law about the changes of the predictors, research and experimental analysis of large sample needs further study.
