Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the safety, feasibility and clinical value of umbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods:290 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups: observation group were 145 cases, the use of the way through the umbilical hole LC surgery; control group, 145 cases were treated with three holes LC surgery. Operative time, blood loss, postoperative complications, postoperative pain, start eating time and postoperative hospitalization time and other indicators were compared in two groups. Results:The blood loss, postoperative feeding time and postoperative hospital stay in two groups were not statistically significant (P> 0.05); postoperative pain of observation group was significantly less than the control group, while operative time in control group was significantly shorter in the observation group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions:After this study we can confirm via the umbilical hole LC patients in the clinical application is safe and feasible, and its degree of postoperative pain is significantly less than the three-port LC, and has better cosmetic results, with a clinical value and worthy of further promotion.
