Abstract:Objective:To explore the adjuvant chemotherapies and predictive factors related to adjuvant chemotherapies. Methods:To look up the relevant references at home and abroad in recent years and summarize the important progress of adjuvant chemotherapies after radical resection and several predictive factors on adjuvant chemotherapies. Results:Platinum-based doublet chemotherapy is common used in adjuvant treatment. By testing the drug-metabolizing enzymes and monitoring the NSCLC cell gene mutations, the efficacy of the adjuvant chemotherapies will be predicted. Conclusions:With the advent of molecular medicine, the aspects of individualized treatment are rapidly developing. Based on the results of genetic testing, individualized treatment is selected, which is possible to further improve the postoperative survival of NSCLC patients.
