Abstract:Objective To summarize the progress of Raman spectroscopy in early diagnosis of osteoarthritis. Methods Using“拉曼光谱”“共焦拉曼光谱”“拉曼显微镜”“滴液沉积”“表面增强拉曼光谱”“光纤拉曼光谱”“拉曼光谱带”“骨关节炎”“软骨”“Raman spectroscopy”“Raman microspectroscopy”“confocal Raman spectroscopy”“drop deposition Raman spectroscopy” “surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy”“fiber-optic Raman spectroscopy”“Raman bands”“osteoarthritis”and“cartilage”as the key words to identify the articles about Raman spectroscopy and its application in early diagnosis of osteoarthritis in CNKI, Wanfang and PubMed before December 2018. A total of 1 432 literatures were searched, and 34 literatures were finally included after excluding those with inconsistent content, inaccessible full text, repetitive research and design defects. Results Raman microspectroscopy, confocal Raman spectroscopy and fiber-optic Raman spectroscopy can evaluate the microscopic changes of cartilage in the early stage of osteoarthritis. Droplet deposition Raman spectroscopy and surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy can provide diagnostic basis for synovial fluid and blood changes in early stage of osteoarthritis. Conclusions Raman spectroscopy has shown a brilliant application prospect in the early diagnosis of osteoarthritis, but its diagnostic standard and practicability still need to be further studied.
