Abstract:Objective:To discuss the reason, research status and development of accelerating fracture healing after traumatic craniocerebral injury. Methods:To look into such literatures concerning accelerating fracture healing after craniocerebral injury complicated with fracture in database PubMed, CNKI and so on, to summarize and analyze the results.Results:Expression of cytokines, neuropeptides, and leptin refered during blood and local tissue elevated after traumatic craniocerebral injury, and they promoted bone formation, accelerated fracture healing as well. Elevated expression of growth hormone and other body fluids hormone,immediate high expression of the gene, the fracture micro and organizations heterotopic ossification was also a key factor in healing accelerated.Conclusions:Fracture healing after traumatic craniocerebral injury was accelerated by multifaceted impact of body fluid, mechanics, cytokines, and other relevant factors, but the specific mechanism of action is not clear yet and it still needs a further study.
