Abstract:Objective To summarize the biological factors and advances in the study of the promotion of tendon-bone healing after anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction. Methods Related literatures with “anterior cruciate ligament”“tendon-bone healing”“biological techniques”“growth factor” to promote tendon-bone healing after ACL reconstruction of biology were searched, analyzed, and summarized in the database of PubMed, Web of Science, China hownet, and Wanfang data from January 2000 to December 2017. Results A total of 1 081 related literatures were retrieved, and finally 44 literatures were included according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, including four Chinese literatures and forty English literatures. After ACL reconstruction, the healing of the tendinous bone can be promoted by adjusting the biological and biomechanical environment. A lot of research confirmed that the growth factor, stem cells, autologous periosteum, platelet rich plasma, matrix metalloproteinases organization methods of inhibiting factor to the healing of the tendon bone interface has a promoting effect. At present, it has been applied to clinical autologous periosteum, platelet rich plasma, statins, low intensity pulsed ultrasound and traditional Chinese medicine, and clinical effect is precise, the operation is simple. Conclusions Using biologic therapy can promote the healing of tendon-bone. If the basic research results are widely used in clinic, a large number of clinical studies will be needed to determine its efficacy.
