Abstract:Objective To discuss the ultrasonic diagnosis progress in cervical benign and malignant lymph nodes. Methods To review the relevant literatures concerning cervical benign and malignant lymph nodes about ultrasonic diagnosis and summarize. Results Ultrasonograph could differentiate benign and malignant of cervical lymph nodes by two-dimensional gray-scale sonography, color doppler flowing imaging, ultrasound elasticity imaging, contrast-enhance ultrasound imaging and other different inspection methods so as to provide valuable information for the clinical procedures. Conclusions Early and better diagnosis can be obtained in cervical benign and malignant lymph nodes by ultrasonograph. But if necessary, ultrasound guided biopsy accuracy will be higher.
