Abstract:Objective To summarize the application of isokinetic muscle strength testing technology in the assessment of hip movement and trauma. Methods To search the related research statys about the application of isokinectic muscle stength testing technology in the sports injury assessment of the hip joint at home and abread from Jan. 1990 to May 2014 from the PubMed and Wanfang databases by the key words the hip joint, biomechanis, muscle strength, isokinekic testing, and the Results were analyzed and summarized. Results As a kind of dynamic muscle testing technology, isokinetic muscle strength testing technology not only can carry on the quantitative test to the athletes of the hip muscle function, guide the athletes in training, but also can provide theObjective evaluation indicators of hip function after trauma, to design reasonable and targeted rehabilitation training program has a guiding significance. On the occurrence of movement of the hip joint trauma association study was performed using isokinetic testing technology, can explore the basic Methods of a set of prevention of sports injury occurred.Conlusions Isokinetic muscle strength testing technology is very significant in the assessment, treatment and prevention of hip athletic injury.
