Abstract:Fungal rhinosinusitis can show different clinical types due to different pathological and physiological changes, and its diagnosis and prognosis are also different. In order to have a comprehensive understanding of fungal rhinosinusitis, this article comprehensively discusses the anatomical factors, etiology, epidemiology, pathogen species analysis, imaging manifestations, clinical classification, clinical characteristics and treatment methods of fungal rhinosinusitis.
